The Aboriginal Employment Program was attractive to Ryan as a way to both kick start his working career and gain a national recognised qualification.
Ryan now has a permanent position as a Graduate Program Advisor, using his experience to support new entrants to the range of Early Careers Programs.
He also sees a future working in government to influence and potentially lead positive change.
Ryan’s advice to those considering applying:
