The Department of Environment, Parks and Water Security, are a collective group of over 600 diverse, passionate professionals, spanning the breadth of the Territory, to ensure the Territory Environment is healthy, resilient and productive, now and for future generations.
With staff located in Darwin, Katherine, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs and every corner of the Territory at our remote ranger stations. They travel across the Territory to manage, monitor and regulate our natural resources for use by industry.
Looking after protected areas and conserving them in partnership with Traditional Owners, working side by side and sharing knowledge and skills.
